Good Afternoon -
I just wanted to send a note of thanks for the service your organization offered my family and I last week.  The vehicle and drivers were terrific.  I'd like to especially note a thank you for the change in our itinerary just a day or two before the 2nd leg of the service (12/24 from Port Canaveral to MCO).  The driver that picked us up at the Port was excellent and had a great suggestion to stop by the Gaylord Palms resort so the kids could see the holiday decorations, etc.

I know that people tend to email/call with only complaints, but I wanted to be sure to offer my thanks for a great experience with your company.  We look forward to contacting you all again when in the area.

We had a lady driver ( I think her Jan she was from the mid west, she really looked after us ) She took us to the Animal Kingdom Lodge which we all loved, but the Hummer was brilliant such a great surprise for my kids on our last night, a great way to finish off our vacation.
