Terms and Conditions Agreement

All reservations require a credit card on file
Your reservation is not confirmed until we have your credit card information on file and all your reservations details have been confirmed (usually by phone). Feel free to call us at 407-477-7724 (9AM - 10PM Est.) to confirm your reservation. By placing a credit card on file or making a deposit payment, the cardholder hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of service and secure the cost of the reservation and any applicable fees outlined in this agreement.

Cancellation Policy
All notice of cancellation must be in writing by email.
Grace Period: There is a grace period for cancelling your reservation with no fee if cancelled within 24 hours of initially booking. Last minute reservations booked with less than 24 hours notice of pickup time do not qualify for a grace period and are billed as last minute cancellations.
Advanced Notice Cancellations (20%): If cancelled with at least 10 days notice prior to the pickup time is provided the customers agrees to pay a cancellation fee of (20%) of the total to be billed to the credit card.
Short Notice Cancellations (50%): If cancelled with less than 10 days of notice prior to the pickup time the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee of (50%) of the total to be billed to the credit card.
Last Minute Cancellations (100%): If cancelled with less than 72 hours of notice prior to the pickup time the customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee of (100%) of the total to be billed to the credit card.

Damage Policy
In the unlikely event of excessive damage to the vehicle during your charter, the client agrees to be held accountable for the actual cost of repair and cleaning. Small spills inside the limo will cost a minimum of $100 and larger spills require a $300 fee for shampoo, sanitation and downtime. Abuse of the equipment or chauffeur will not be tolerated and could result in termination of service with no refund.

Airport / Cruise Port Waiting Time Policy
We do our best to track flight arrival times prior to pickup and will automatically adjust meeting time for small changes in arrival time. We allow a 30 minute loading time from the scheduled arrival or meeting time before additional overtime charge applies (billed in half-hour increments). In the event of a major delay or early arrival it is the responsibility of the client to inform us of the changes ahead of time to avoid potential overtime charges or waiting time. If for any reason you are unable to find your driver when planned it is the clients responsibility to call us at 1-800-420-7630 to coordinate.

Overtime Policy (Non-Airport Service)
We have a grace period of 10-15 min overtime before an additional billing increment of 1 hour is billed.
